Se pot ad\u0103uga doar t\u0103i\u021bei sau diverse alte ingrediente, dar dac\u0103 bulionul este tulbure \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 gust, va fi greu de corectat. Dac\u0103 bulionul este perfect, este minunat chiar \u0219i simplu, f\u0103r\u0103 adaosuri.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce bulionul de pui este tulbure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce bulionul devine tulbure? Din mai multe motive. Dac\u0103 nu sco\u021bi spuma care se formeaz\u0103 la fierbere &#8211; proteina coaguleaz\u0103 \u0219i se ridic\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103 sub form\u0103 de spum\u0103. Dac\u0103 nu o \u00eendep\u0103rtezi, aceasta se amestec\u0103 cu bulionul, f\u0103c\u00e2ndu-l tulbure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu folosi pui de carne pentru bulion. Ace\u0219tia sunt crescu\u021bi pentru pr\u0103jire, iar bulionul nu va fi clar.
